Disecting Similar Projects?
Has anyone taken a look at, for example, AjaxChat or something similar and begun disecting it? I started an ajaxMud on my own last year, but my server went down and ... Well, just a lot of things kinda piled up against me (and now it's not working so I can't show it, but I think I might get it back up here soon).

But to start, I did dissect ajaxChat and went from there - a mud room is really no different than a chat room, etc. I did nothing on the side of AI, but movement was working, and you could see a box with the "characters" in said room, and tehre was an expandable/collapsable "room description" - all based off of AjaxChat really (though I wrote the code from scratch, I used ajaxchat as a sort of example).

The problem I ran into was trying to come up with a good way to automate AI.

What was your problem with the automation of AI? What language is AJAXChat written in?
